GENERAL MANAGER
Wagner F. Gattaz
A graduate in Medicine from the ABC Faculty of Medicine in 1975. He concluded his doctorate in Medicine (1979) and became a faculty member in Psychiatry (1983) at the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
Specialization in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy from the German Medical Council.
Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Heidelberg and senior doctor at the Central Mental Health Institute of the same university, where he developed research and obtained in-depth administrative experience (1984-1996).
President of the IPq Steering Council (since 2006), where he implemented the institute’s Excellence Program, driving financial sustainability and the first and only level 2 Organização Nacional de Acreditação (ONA) accreditation granted to a psychiatric hospital in Brazil.
He has published 6 scientific books and more than 450 international scientific articles in the different areas of mental health. These publications have been cited about 10,000 times in international scientific literature.
Board member of the World Psychiatric Association and the World Federation of the Societies of Biological Psychiatry.
Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences, Germany. Commander of the Ordem Nacional do Mérito Científico. He has received innumerable awards, particularly worthy of note being the 2009 Research Award from the World Federation of the Societies of Biological Psychiatry, an organization representing 65 countries. The same year he received the Prize for Clinical and Epidemiological Psychiatry, from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
Luciano E. M. Patah
Graduate in Medicine from the ABC Faculty of Medicine in 1993.
He concluded his medical residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at “Casa Maternal” – Hospital Leonor Mendes de Barros (1997); Master’s in Medicine from the Escola Paulista de Medicina –UNIFESP-(2001) and Doctorate in Business Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Business School in São Paulo, in 2008.
He did a specialization course in Hospital Administration and Health Systems (CEAHS) at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2000) and has been a Member of the Advisory Committee at the GV Health Studies Center at the same foundation since 2008.
Executive Director of the Institute of Psychiatry (IPq) at the University of São Paulo Medical Faculty’s Hospital das Clínicas (since 2011).
He has vast administrative experience in the healthcare area, having held the following positions: Administrative Director of the Hospital Pérola Byington (2010 to 2011); Technical Director of the Hospital Santa Catarina in São Paulo, managing all medical assistance and non-medical activities (2005 to 2009).
Medical auditor at the Hospital São Luiz (2001) and Emergency Technical Director at the Hospital Pérola Byington (1998 to 2003).
At Gattaz Health & Results, he coordinates the administrative and contract areas.
Karina Oliva
Graduate in Business Administration from the Faculdade Superior de Rondonópolis, Mato Grosso (1997).
She concluded her postgraduate studies in Advertising and Marketing at ESPM in São Paulo (1998).
During 15 years, she worked in the advertising agencies Young&Rubican, DPZ, Fabra Quinteiro and Leo Burnett, with clients that include Procter&Gamble, Ford Motors, Anhembi Morumbi University and Bradesco. She was also involved in the launch of the website Portal Mercado Livre, with responsibility for coordinating communication in 9 countries.
As Account Director at Eugênio Publicidade, she had exclusive responsibility for real estate market clients such as MASB, Cyrela and Brookfield nationwide.
At Gattaz Health & Results she is marketing director, responsible for planning and executing communication campaigns on mental health in companies, aimed at providing information to reduce prejudice and stigma.
She also manages client accounts and interfaces with client companies’ communication and human resources departments
Tânia C. T. Ferraz Alves
She graduated from the Santa Casa Medical Science Faculty in São Paulo in 1995.
Medical residency in Psychiatry (1996-1999) in the Institute of Psychiatry (IPq) at the University of São Paulo Medical Faculty’s Hospital das Clínicas (FMUSP).
Specialist by the Associação Brasileira de Psiquiatria (1998).
Doctorate from the FMUSP Department of Psychiatry (2003).
Lecturer in Psychiatry at the ABC Medical Faculty (2005-2012).
Chief psychiatrist at the acute ward at the HCFMUSP Institute of Psychiatry since 2007 and member of the Program for the Elderly (PROTER) and the Applied Neuroscience Research Support Center (NAPNA).
She has received awards for scientific works: Geriatric Psychiatry from the ABP (2007 and 2009), Junior Faculty Award from the ADPD (2009), and for work done in the scientific orientation of students at FMUSP (2008, 2009 and 2010).
CNPq Researcher – level 2.
She has published 50 scientific works in Brazilian and international journals and more than 20 chapters in books in the areas of aging, cognition, functionality, humor disorders, anxiety disorders, psychopharmacology and neuro-imaging.
She lectures on the USP Medical Faculty’s postgraduate program in Psychiatry.
At Gattaz Health & Results she is vice-coordinator of the clinical-psychiatric areas.
GEORG REYGERS
Managing Director of Tantum Group Central & Eastern Europe GmbH with the exclusive business responsibility for all German speaking countries, the Eastern-/ South Eastern markets of Europe and new emerging markets in Asia.
He is experienced in delivering and leading international consulting assignments around Strategy Management and Balanced Scorecard.
Facilitator in performance management conferences specifically around the use and application of Strategy Management tools.
Acted as advisor of the publisher for the German translation of the latest Strategy Management book “The Execution Premium” from Prof. R. Kaplan and Dr. D. Norton.
With more than 20 years of significant private sector experience worldwide in Automotive Industry, IT Sector and Utilities, as Commercial Director, Export Director and General Manager he possesses broad management experiences in different cultures and industries.
Currently University lecturer at the ‘International School of Management’ in Munich. He holds a Management and Business Administration Degree from LMU University of Munich, Germany.
At Gattaz Health & Results he is managing director for Europe.
